• You assume responsibility for safe participation
• You follow all posted rules and staff instructions

We are not liable for misuse of equipment or unsafe behavior.

3. Leaderboards & Media

By playing our games or attending events:

• Your name, score, or photo may appear on leaderboards or displays
• Media may be used for promotional purposes
• You may request removal anytime

4. Bookings & Rentals

For synthetic ice or event rentals:

• Booking confirmations secure your date
• Cancellations or changes may be subject to availability
• Rented equipment must be returned in reasonable condition

You are responsible for damage beyond normal use.

5. Payments (if applicable)

If payments are processed:

• All prices are agreed upon at booking
• Refunds handled case-by-case
• Damage or loss may result in additional charges

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack or disrupt the game/app
• Upload offensive or inappropriate images
• Misuse equipment
• Interfere with other players or events

We reserve the right to remove users from gameplay or events.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Injuries from misuse of equipment
• Technical interruptions
• Loss of data
• Event interruptions beyond our control
